Dynamic packages: how to search and book?

Step 1: Dynamic Holiday Packages Search

1. Go to the Holiday Finder tab on the homepage.

2. Select departure and destination points:

You can specify an airport or city and optionally include nearby airports. Additionally, you can choose multiple departure and arrival points, or specify a country or region (e.g., Europe). Use the "Anywhere" feature to search for all possible destinations from the selected departure point.

You can also use the "Find on Map" feature to select hotels within a radius of 0.5 to 10 km from a desired location (e.g., hotels near the Eiffel Tower). If you cannot find a specific hotel, please contact support.

3. Select the dynamic package start date and its duration:

In the calendar, choose an specific date, a date range, or a whole month to search for offers with the lowest rates. Specify the return date or the number of nights between flights.

4. Enter additional search parameters:

  • Flight class (default - Economy), 
  • Number of passengers 

5. Use additional filters for search:
Select options such as airline, hotel category, meal plan, options like "Free Cancellation," "Baggage Only," and "Direct Flights."

6. Click the Search button:
Once you click the button, the system will display available options for the selected dates or a date range.



Step 2: Working with Search Results

1. Review the search Results

The search results are displayed as a list or on a map. A layout displaying both the list and the map on a single page is also available. Click the "All Rooms and Prices" button to see all available options. To return to the initial page, click "Hide". Pay attention to "Free Cancellation" and "Non-Refundable" rates.

2. Use filters

To refine your search, use the filters in the left column, such as:

  • Departure time, arrival time, hotel name;
  • Price;
  • Star rating;
  • Meal plan;
  • Rating: Hotel rating based on client reviews;
  • Promotions: Supplier discounts;
  • Services: e.g., swimming pool, parking;
  • Room amenities;
  • Special accommodation options: family-friendly, adults-only, or pet-friendly hotels;
  • Location;
  • Hotel chains;
  • Type of accommodation: apartments, villas, hostels, and other hotel types;
  • Booking type: options with a refundable rate.

3. Publish the list of dynamic packages on social media or send a link:

You can publish this list of dynamic packages on your Facebook page with one click or send a link to it.

4. Add a hotel to a selection

Click the suitcase icon next to the hotel room price to save it to a  selection and later share it with a tourist for viewing or independent booking on your Unit client site.

5. View a brief dynamic package description and payment terms

Each offer includes details about accommodation, meals, and flight information. By clicking on the offer, you can view what baggage is included and any additional baggage costs.  You can change the flight using the side filter or select a different flight during the booking process. Additional baggage can be purchased either at the booking stage or separately after the request is created and added to the existing booking.

The system highlights important information in red: self-transfer, airport change, baggage recheck, etc. When selecting a flight, you can choose fares with or without baggage, and other fare types (e.g., Flexible, Priority) will be available for selection or viewing during the next step – Booking.

For clarity, the system displays prices in two formats simultaneously: net and gross. You can adjust this option in your personal account settings under the Commission and Markup section.

According to airline policies, all flight tickets must be paid within two hours of booking creation. For non-refundable rates, the full price must be paid within this period. For the "flexible cancellation" rate, you only need to pay for the flight within two hours, with the remaining amount due by the specified final payment date.

6. Select a hotel and go to its page

On the hotel page, you will find:

  • A detailed description,
  • A link to share with the client or publish on social media,
  • An option to send hotel information as text or an image,
  • All pricing options,
  • A price calendar indicating the lowest price,
  • Reviews and hotel ratings from tourists and your travel agent colleagues.

7. Adjust your flight

If necessary, change the selected flight to another one by clicking the "Customize Your Flight" button.

8. Pay attention to "Accommodation Conditions"

This section includes details about potential surcharges, taxes, check-in/check-out times, and hotel contact information.

9. Choose a price option

Once you’ve made your choice, click the "Book Now" button.


Step 3: Booking the Dynamic Packages

1. On the Booking page:

  • Review the selected flight or choose another one.
  • Familiarize yourself with the terms of the included medical insurance.
  • If needed, add additional luggage for all passengers together or individually.
  • Review cancellation policies.
  • Enter guest information. You can enter the details of at least one guest who will be present at check-in, including name, surname, and nationality without passport details. If the guests have different nationalities, enter the details for each guest.
  • Add travel insurance or transfers to or from the hotel if needed.
  • Select payment terms and commission. You need to choose the payment method: by agent or by client.
  • Adjust the commission (increase or decrease) or apply a coupon if necessary.
  • Specify additional requests. You can add a note for the supplier by selecting an option from the list (e.g., sea view, twin beds) or be entering your requests in English.
  • Enter the guest’s email and phone number.
  • Contact support if needed by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner.
  • Press "Next: Check final details."

2. Check the details entered:

On the data review page, check the information provided. If needed, click "Edit Data" to return to the previous page. Carefully review the booking terms, check the box indicating you agree to the terms, and then click "Book now."

3. Complete the booking:

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided. The booking will be assigned a number, which can be found in Menu > Work with clients > Bookings.

4. Verify the blue checkmark:

A bluecheck mark on the booking indicates that Unit Travel support has verified the booking. We contact the hotel to confirm all requests, room type, and meal plan, recording the date and time of verification.

5. Pay for the booking and get the voucher:

The booking must be paid:

  • Within two hours if it is a "Non-refundable rate,"
  • If it is a "Free Cancellation" rate, you must pay for the flight ticket within two hours, and the remaining amount by the specified final payment date.

If you do not pay for the booking within the specified time, it will be automatically canceled without penalty.

After completing the full payment, you can find, download, and print the voucher on the relevant booking page in Menu > Work with clients > Bookings.
