The service offers three payment schemes:
1) Agent Payment Scheme:
B2B (business-to-business) - A payment scheme where the agent pays the net-amount (excluding agency commission). In this case, the commission is retained by the agent. When paying for the booking with a bank card, a 1.2% payment system fee (acquiring) is applied. No commission is charged when paying by invoice.
2-3) Tourist Payment Schemes:
B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) - A payment scheme where the tourist pays the gross-amount (including agency commission). The commission is credited to the agency's account as a commission balance. In this case, no payment system fee (acquiring) is charged.
B2C (business-to-consumer) - A payment scheme available when booking through the agent's own website, allowing the tourist to pay the gross-amount (including commission). The commission is credited to the agency's account as a commission balance.
