“b2b.unit.travel offers a wide range of tours, excursions, airline tickets, and services (hereinafter referred to as Products and Services) on its website b2b.unit.travel (hereinafter also referred to as the site). Please carefully review these General Commercial Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GCT), as they contain information about the parties' obligations and serve as the legal basis on which b2b.unit.travel accepts and processes orders. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these GCT govern all purchases made through b2b.unit.travel and are considered accepted by the person making the reservation for a Product or Service on behalf of the individuals listed in the order. Any changes to these GCT are valid only in writing and may only be made by b2b.unit.travel or through a written power of attorney received from b2b.unit.travel.

By using the website b2b.unit.travel, you agree to these GCT, which take effect immediately upon starting to use the site.

You can supplement the information on the site in various ways, including writing reviews and uploading photos, filling out your profile, and rating the information submitted by other users (such information and/or materials you upload will be referred to as “Your Content”).
b2b.unit.travel has the right to use Your Content in various ways, including displaying it on the site, formatting it, linking it to advertisements and other projects, promoting, distributing, and granting permission to third parties for such use on their websites and media platforms (hereinafter referred to as other media). Finally, you irrevocably waive the right to file claims or lawsuits to assert non-property and copyright rights over Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and assume all risks associated with it, including its accuracy, completeness, and usefulness, as well as the risk of disclosing any personal information within Your Content that may lead to your identification. You represent that you own Your Content or have the necessary permissions to use it and authorize others to use Your Content. You may not directly or indirectly suggest or imply that b2b.unit.travel sponsors or approves Your Content.
You may be held liable if, for example, Your Content violates third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, personal non-property rights, right to privacy, right to public use, or any other intellectual or property rights; if Your Content contains false information, intentionally misleads, includes defamation or slander, or contains illegal materials such as offensive statements or pornography; or otherwise harms minors, violates the law, or promotes violations of the law.
b2b.unit.travel has the right to remove or restore Your Content at any time at its discretion. For example, b2b.unit.travel may remove a review if it believes it violates the rules applied to content. b2b.unit.travel has no obligation to retain or provide you with a copy of Your Content, nor does it guarantee any confidentiality regarding Your Content.
b2b.unit.travel and its partners have the right to display advertisements and other information alongside or integrated into Your Content, both on the b2b.unit.travel website and in other media. You are not entitled to compensation for such advertisements. The form, format, and extent of such advertising may change without prior notice to you.
Product and Service Terms; Amendments and Adjustments
All Products and Services offered by b2b.unit.travel are valid according to the dates listed on b2b.unit.travel. b2b.unit.travel is not responsible for information not provided directly by b2b.unit.travel.
All requests for changes and adjustments must be submitted to b2b.unit.travel's Customer Support for review and processing.
a. b2b.unit.travel does not charge an additional fee for changing the date of an existing booking if the request is received by Customer Support more than seven business days before the confirmed departure date.
b. Changing the date of tickets for theater, shows, or events is not possible. The sale of such tickets is final and cannot be changed once your purchase is confirmed.
c. Decisions regarding other requests for date changes and adjustments are made on an individual basis and depend on service providers. b2b.unit.travel cannot guarantee successful date changes.
d. If you request a change to the date of your trip seven or fewer business days before its start, b2b.unit.travel will try to accommodate your request; however, requests made within seven business days or less of your trip may incur an additional fee.
Changes and adjustments to Products and Services purchased with a promotional code, discount, or special offer may result in the cancellation of the discount or special offer. b2b.unit.travel has the right to decide at its discretion whether to accept your discount or special price and reserves the right to cancel your discount or special offer.
In rare cases, service providers may be forced to make changes to dates, prices, age requirements, etc. In such cases, b2b.unit.travel commits to offering alternative tours or services of the same level and category in advance.
a. In such cases, if you are not satisfied with the proposed alternatives, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase.
b. Despite the above, upon receiving prior notification from agents and service providers about significant changes to bookings and/or tours, events, etc., b2b.unit.travel will make every effort to inform the consumer to make possible changes to existing bookings.
