How to sign an agreement?

🙋‍♂️ For what?

After registering an account, each user gets access to basic tools for work. However, to expand opportunities, it is sometimes necessary to conclude a contract or additional agreement. Signing such documents will expand your capabilities and provide access to previously unavailable functions, such as new payment methods, additional services, accommodation options and more.


Step 1: Filling out company information

1. Go to the Profile > Settings > Company data section in the agent account.

2. In the General data block, fill in the following fields:

  • Your company brand name
  • Founding year
  • Website
  • Number of empolyees

3. Click the Save button.

4. Then, in the Details of legal entity  block, fill in the following fields:

  • Country of registration
  • Company code
  • Legal entity name
  • Legal address of the company
  • VAT (this field is filled in only by payers VAT)
  • Director
  • Phone
  • Email for official correspondence
  • Select the type of tax system
  • Select the type of bank guarantee, indicate the date until which it is valid, and attach a file with a copy of the bank guarantee.

5. Click the Save button.

⚠️After saving the data, it will be in the “Under review” status. The data verification process may take up to 24 hours. After successful verification, the statuses will change to “Confirmed” and you will be notified by email, which will allow you to begin the process of signing contracts and agreements.


Step 2: Adding bank details

1. Go to the Profile > Settings > Bank details section in the agent account.

2. Click the Add button and select Companies requisites.

In the window that opens, fill in the following fields:

  • Legal entity name
  • Select account currency
  • IBAN (account number)
  • Bank code (BIC)
  • Bank name
  • Select the purpose of payment details

3. Click the Save button.


Step 3: Adding contracts and agreements

1. Go to the Profile > Settings > Contracts and agreements section in the agent account.

2. Click the Add button and select the required agreement from the list.

3. Select Legal entity name and Bank details of your company from the list.

4. Click the Save button.

5. After saving, the agreement will be automatically generated and sent to the electronic document management system for signing.
