Rules for Adding Professional Hotel Reviews

1. Posting Reviews

1.1. Reviews are published after being checked by a moderator. The author’s original spelling and punctuation are preserved.

1.2. By adding a review, the User (Agent) agrees to its publication on b2b.unit.travel and other company resources, and also consents to the use of the review by other users.


2. User and Review Requirements

2.1. To post their own reviews, Agents must be registered on b2b.unit.travel.

2.2. It is prohibited to write reviews under someone else’s name. The author of the review must be the person who directly interacted with the hotel (visited it during a fam trip or stayed there).

2.3. In case of detected artificial inflation of "likes," the Moderator reserves the right to contact the Monitoring and Financial Control Department to recalculate or cancel the reward, as well as to restrict or block the violator's account.


3. Technical and Legal Requirements for Review Content

3.1. The review must contain an assessment of the hotel’s features, with an explanation of the impressions.

3.2. The Agent guarantees that they are the author of the content and hold the property rights to use the intellectual property included in the review (including text, drawings, photographs, videos, trademarks, etc.) or uses them legally with the permission of the rights holder.

3.3. The Agent confirms that all information in the review is current and has been verified by the Agent personally.

3.4. Photos and videos must not include the faces of other people who are not hotel staff, nor show hotel guests’ car license plates.

3.5. Photographs must be of good quality, with a short description when uploaded to the system, in JPEG or PNG format.

3.6. Video length is unlimited. Accepted formats: AVI, MP4, MPEG, MOV, FLV, F4V, WEBM, MPG.


4. Moderation of Reviews

4.1. Reviews are checked within three business days. Processing times may vary.

4.2. Moderators have the right to reject or delete reviews without explanation if the content added violates these Rules or the laws of Estonia.

4.3. Moderators reject reviews containing profanity, negative comments without justification, advertising, and so on.


5. Liability for Content

5.1. The b2b.unit.travel booking service bears no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or guaranteed timeliness of content posted by Agents.

5.2. All information, including text reviews, photographs, video materials, and other data that Agents upload to b2b.unit.travel, is the sole responsibility of those Agents.

5.3. By posting their content, Agents confirm compliance with the resource’s rules and standards, as well as guarantee copyright and the legality of using all materials included in the published content.

5.4. In the event of any claims or disputes related to user-posted content, the b2b.unit.travel booking service is released from liability, transferring it to the individuals who posted such content.
