1. Posting Reviews

1.1. Reviews are published after being checked by a moderator. Author's spelling and punctuation are preserved.

1.2. By adding a review, the User (Agent) agrees to its publication on b2b.unittravel.uz and other company resources, and consents to the use of the reviews by other users.

2. User and Review Requirements

2.1. Agents must be registered on b2b.unittravel.uz to post their own reviews.

2.2. It is prohibited to write reviews on behalf of someone else; the author of the review must be the person who directly interacted with the hotel (visited during a promotional tour or stayed).

2.3. In case of detected artificial inflation of "likes," the Moderator reserves the right to contact the Monitoring and Financial Control Department to recalculate or cancel the reward, as well as to restrict or block the violator's account.

3. Technical and Legal Requirements for Review Content

3.1. The review should contain an evaluation of the hotel's characteristics, with reasons for the impressions.

3.2. The agent guarantees that they are the author of the content and own the intellectual property rights to use the results of intellectual activity presented in the review (including text, drawings, photographic images, video materials, trademarks, etc.) or uses them on legal grounds with the permission of the rights owner.

3.3. The agent confirms that the information added to the review is current and verified by the agent themselves.

3.4. Photos and videos should not include faces of other people who are not hotel employees, nor the license plates of hotel guests' cars.

3.4. Photographs should be of high quality, with a brief description upon addition to the system, format: jpeg/png.

3.5. Video length: up to 60 minutes, format: AVI, MP4, MPEG, MOV, FLV, F4V, WEBM, MPG.

4. Review Moderation

4.1. Reviews are checked within 5 working days. Processing times may vary.

4.2. Moderators have the right to reject or delete reviews without explaining reasons if the added content violates the stated Rules or the Law of Estonia (EU).

4.3. Moderators reject reviews with obscene language, unfounded negativity, advertising, etc.

5. Content Responsibility

5.1. The booking service b2b.unittravel.uz is not responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, nor for the 100% currentness of the content posted by Agents.

5.2. All information, including textual reviews, photographs, video materials, and other data posted by Agents on b2b.unittravel.uz, is their sole responsibility.

5.3. Agents, by posting their content, confirm compliance with the rules and standards of the resource, and guarantee copyright and legality of the use of all materials included in the published content.

5.4. In case of any claims or disputes related to content posted by users, the booking service b2b.unittravel.uz is relieved of responsibility, transferring it to the individuals who posted this content.
