A hotel with the most complete all-inclusive concept

Everything is pleasant, considering the hotel is gradually renovating its “shortcomings.” By October 2024, all the rooms, the grounds, and the restaurants were already renovated. Planned renovations include the mini-club, the gym, and the lobby.

For example, the lobby interior is not new (old armchairs, chairs, and tables), while the terrace has already been updated.

In my opinion, Mitsis always offers a comprehensive and varied concept: everything you could possibly need for children (sterilizers, potty chairs, baby monitors), turn-down service, à la carte restaurants (you can book them on the website even before check-in), 24-hour dining, and a saltwater pool.

Overall, the hotel has just two paid services—room service and the spa. Everything else is included in the concept.

The beach is sandy, without any stones, and is stylishly arranged with modern sun loungers.

The rooms smell reeaaally good. All categories come with a coffee machine, a well-stocked minibar, robes, slippers, and beach bags. There’s a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The welcome set includes jam and raki.

The only downside for me during the inspection was the unpleasant guest relations.
