Advantages and disadvantages
Service is at the level of true personalized attention — the staff knows each guest’s preferences. The location is ideal — right by the slopes, allowing direct access without the need for transport. The design reflects minimalist elegance, with plenty of natural wood and a warm atmosphere free from excessive opulence. The spa centre, featuring a pool, hammam, and a wide range of massages, is a true relaxation zone after skiing. Nama restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine, with ingredient quality meeting the highest standards.
Despite the luxurious level of service, the restaurant's menu is quite specific — Japanese cuisine may not appeal to everyone, and alternative options are limited. Ski conditions are excellent, but in bad weather the slopes can become challenging due to strong winds and changing snow quality, which may not be ideal for less experienced skiers.
