Advantages and disadvantages
The hotel is conveniently located — right next to the ski lift, so there’s no need to spend time commuting with children. Entertainment is well thought-out — kids are kept busy all day with activities, animation, themed events, and dedicated play and creativity areas. Rooms offer plenty of storage space and have a clear separation between adult and children’s areas. The staff is attentive to families with kids, responds quickly to requests, and provides all necessary items — from potty chairs to children's bathrobes.
The hotel is constantly busy and noisy — quiet is only possible late at night, making it hard to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is overcrowded during dinner hours, with occasional delays in food preparation. The spa area is small and often full, especially in the evenings. Due to the bright and themed interior, there’s no sense of coziness; everything is always in motion with a touch of showiness.
