Advantages and disadvantages
Beachfront location with a sandy shore in a vibrant, well-developed area. Within walking distance to The Walk and Dubai Marina Mall. The beach is spacious with shade from palm trees. The property features its own garden. Easily accessible by taxi or metro.
The hotel is dated, with some worn elements still noticeable despite renovations. There’s only one pool, which can feel crowded at times. On weekends, it gets busy with both guests and non-residents. The beach is not private. Soundproofing in the rooms is average. The vibe is better suited for a short city break than a tranquil beach getaway.
