Advantages and disadvantages
Secluded from the city with a tranquil vibe. A private island with no outside visitors. True “private resort” experience. Individual villas with pools or direct water access. Perfect for couples or a peaceful, hassle-free getaway.
Accessible only by boat with a fixed schedule. Limited facilities: 2–3 restaurants, a small pool, and no major entertainment or waterparks. The beach is man-made, and the sea is shallow. No direct access to the city—only via water transport. Not suitable for active vacations or exploring Dubai.
