Its cost is not justified(

I stayed at this hotel at the end of May on a business trip as a travel agent and spent two nights there. In my opinion, it’s not worth the money. On the plus side, it really is on the first line, with great pools and sea views (we were lucky).

But then things get interesting. The hotel feels like a remnant of past luxury: a shower curtain rod might fall on your head in the bathroom, and you might step on chipped enamel on the floor. The food selection is very limited, and I wouldn’t call everything tasty. There were decent cheeses, fish, and chicken, but the place was crowded and sometimes a bit grimy. The coffee was just okay. The desserts were a bit of a joke—you're limited to two pieces per person, and the queues are annoying. It’s awkward having to queue for sweets that are supposedly included.

Personally, I think you can find far better hotels for the same price, not just in Bulgaria. One bonus: they have a Ukrainian masseuse on staff, though that service is extra.
