Dange Hotel Klaipeda — a very quiet boutique stay and a pleasant surprise at how high the room standard is.

I didn’t expect Dange Hotel to be this cozy. It’s small, basically a boutique format, but with a surprisingly high-quality presentation. The room was new, spotless, and full of design touches — not your standard “hotel box,” but more like a modern city apartment for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens genuinely soft to the touch, and it was quiet at night — a rarity for hotels near the water.

Location: not right in the center, but it’s an easy 8–10 minute walk to the Old Town with beautiful river views along the way. Honestly, we preferred it that way — calmer than staying in the middle of the tourist buzz.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, no fuss. The coffee was good. Service — polite and friendly without any pretentiousness.

For those traveling to Klaipeda with kids — this is a great option. I’d say it’s one of those cases where the room looks and feels more expensive than what you paid for — and that’s the best part.

Would I stay again? YES.

Dange Hotel is exactly the kind of place where you actually rest, not just sleep over.
