Apartments in the most well-known complex in La Pineda — great value for money

Estival Park Apartments 4* are a separate area within the largest and most popular Estival Park complex in La Pineda. They are divided into blocks, separated by a high fence from the Silmar and Almaris buildings, and by doors that are locked with a key.

There is a separate pool on their territory, and overall it looks like standalone villas in a green area — generally not bad. The apartments have doors that lead straight out to the promenade and the beach, which is quite convenient.

However, the apartments themselves didn’t make an impression at all. For the price, they feel rather dated.

They are being updated. Each block has three floors: on the ground floor there are one-bedroom apartments for 4 people; on the second and third floors there are two-bedroom apartments for 6 people or one-bedroom units for 2+2. Please note: the stairs up to the second floor are very steep!!!

The apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering.

But — these are the only apartments on the Costa Daurada with a washing machine in the room!!!

Meal plans: BB, HB, FB, ALL.

Filtered water from dispensers in the restaurant is free of charge.

Parking: €20 per day.

Beach towels: €10 deposit, replacement free of charge.

No iron rental. Baby cot — yes. Pets — no.

Children: mini clubs are available (large and good), plus entertainment.

Check-in: 17:00 (apartments). Check-out: 10:30.

Late check-out: €40 until 18:00.

Spa centre (paid): €29 / 3 hours (first level), €39 / 3 hours (both levels).

Gym: €10 (gym or pool).

€20 = gym + pool.
