Park-like grounds with peacocks, its own stables, golf courses, and a shooting club — so green that you forget you’re in the Emirates.
800 metres of private sandy beach — sunbeds are always available, with a real sense of privacy.
One of the best all-inclusive options in Dubai: the Dine Around concept (25+ restaurants and bars).
Strong children’s facilities: Pirates & Mermaids clubs, a nursery, equestrian club, and water-based entertainment.
Its own yacht marina and a large watersports centre.
45-60 minutes from DXB Airport and 30-40 minutes to Dubai Mall — every trip means extra time and expense.
If you book bed and breakfast only, dining on site can become a noticeable extra cost.
Because of the size of the resort, you may occasionally need to wait for the shuttle buggies.
