Very spacious rooms: from 54 sq m (Junior Suite), with large bathrooms and generous balconies/terraces.
The villas are positioned as close to the shoreline as possible — just a few steps from the sea.
The Residence category offers a private pool, complimentary laundry, and personalised service.
Ideal for children: full access to all the facilities of JA The Resort, while staying in a quieter atmosphere.
High-quality and varied dining — among the best in its segment.
Location — Jebel Ali: around 45–60 minutes to central Dubai.
More expensive than JA Beach Hotel — you’re paying for space and privacy.
More remote villas: restaurants and reception are 10–12 minutes on foot or a buggy ride away
