Cristiano Ronaldo Hotel CR7

This is a modern 4* lifestyle hotel created in collaboration with Cristiano Ronaldo. It features a stylish, youthful atmosphere and is more suitable for active travelers rather than a classic relaxing holiday.

It is especially appealing to football lovers and Ronaldo fans, as the entire concept is football-themed. Hotel guests enjoy free access to the Ronaldo Museum (for others, the entrance fee is €5). During our visit, there was a youth football team staying there, as well as families with children and couples.

Location
Located in the center of Funchal, right by the cruise port. On one hand, this is a major advantage, offering stunning views of the ocean and cruise ships. On the other hand, it can be very noisy with large crowds.
The hotel has only 2 floors, so noise is noticeable throughout, and there is constant foot traffic due to nearby bars, clubs, and music.

This hotel is a good choice for those who are not looking for a resort-style stay but prefer a city hotel for walking and excursions.

Pool
Located on the rooftop (2nd floor), with a unique red design, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi.

Service
Due to the high number of tourists, excursions, and visitors (many people come to the bar for the “Ronaldo atmosphere,” and the café is open to everyone), staff can be overwhelmed, and service may be slow at times.

Rooms
Small but stylish and well-designed. It is best to book a room with an ocean view to enjoy views of the port and ships
